Career Opportunities

Our West Palm Beach, Florida office is seeking architectural designers with strong design and communication skills and a willingness to participate in all aspects of the design process. Successful candidates should possess keen spatial understanding, particular care to details, and a drive to positively contribute to the built environment. Applicants should possess a high-degree of self-motivation and resourcefulness, and a desire and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

Architectural Designer (0-5 Years Experience)

The Architectural Designer will work on projects under the direction and supervision of a Senior Architect and is primarily responsible for a project’s technical design and coordination, recommending suitable design solutions, and production throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture, BArch or above preferred

  • Strong conceptual and spatial design abilities

  • Practical knowledge of construction

  • Effective communication, both written and graphic, with the design team, trade partners, and clients

  • Proficiency in industry standard software and creative software including:

    • AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite

Project Manager (5+ Years Experience)

The Project Manager will be responsible for taking on a leadership role on several projects. This includes management and production throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture, BArch or above preferred

  • Strong conceptual and spatial design abilities

  • Developed knowledge of construction including technical knowledge

  • Knowledge of applicable local codes

  • Experience and willingness to take on a leadership role

  • Experience and ability to produce detailed and high level construction documents

  • Effective communication, both written and graphic, with the design team, trade partners, and clients

  • Proficiency in industry standard software and creative software including:

    • AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
